Clerk in Production Planning and Purchasing 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a specialised manufacturer of machines and systems for process engineering. The company develops and delivers highly precise system solutions. The innovative products are used in various industrial sectors such as the pharmaceutical, food, and plastics industries.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of production planning and ongoing production control
Creating and updating production and parts lists
Procurement of materials as well as management of selected suppliers
Schedule control of open production orders and purchases
Calculation of manufacturing costs and verification of relevant purchasing data
Monitoring of stock levels and defined minimum quantities
Maintenance of item and supplier information in the ERP system
Further development of ERP processes and internal workflows
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training
Further training as a process specialist or comparable qualification at HF level
Practical experience in work preparation or production planning
Understanding of technical processes and industrial manufacturing processes
Confident handling of ERP applications and MS Office
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Team-oriented communication as well as a strong sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
