- Participation in projects for the further development of systems, automation solutions, and production processes
- Design and implementation of measures in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability
- Planning and execution of investment projects in the production and infrastructure environment
- Analysis and optimisation of existing manufacturing processes regarding quality, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
- Coordination of internal departments as well as collaboration with external service providers and suppliers
- Experience in project management, ideally in industrial plant construction or production environment
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- Business fluent German skills; French skills are an advantage

Profile
- Technical university degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a related engineering discipline at FH level- Experience in project management, ideally in industrial plant construction or production environment
