Project Manager in Sanitary Installations 80–100%

Design, coordinate, successfully complete: take charge of your sanitary projects!

With the integration of Zanini Baechli, Energy Management strengthens its expertise covering all technical building installations. To expand our sanitary expertise, we are looking for a project manager who enjoys both technical challenges and teamwork.

From preliminary design to commissioning, you manage your projects in their technical, financial and organisational aspects. You are the primary contact for clients and partners, and support the designers in carrying out studies.

Your role:

• Manage sanitary installation projects through all SIA phases;
• Design and size installations, notably potable water and wastewater networks;
• Coordinate studies with architects, clients and other building specialists;
• Ensure monitoring of budgets, deadlines and quality;
• Supervise designers and contribute to the quality of proposed solutions;
• Participate in site and coordination meetings until commissioning.

What you bring:

You have proven experience in managing sanitary projects in Switzerland and wish to apply your expertise within a multidisciplinary team;

• A Federal VET Diploma as a building services designer, specialising in sanitary technology, or a federal diploma;
• Knowledge of Swiss standards: SSIGE, Suissetec, SIA, etc., as well as Swiss best practices in the sanitary field would be an asset;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM;
• Autonomy, rigour and a sense of responsibility;
• Clear communication and a taste for teamwork.
