System Engineer IAM (m/f/d)

Participation in the further development of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Competence Centre including Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Technical and organisational implementation of IAM processes in coordination with HR processes and compliance requirements
Design, setup, and further development of Directory Services with on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Handling of incident, change, and problem management in the directory and IAM environment, especially GPO, AD trusts, replication, user synchronisation, M365/O365, and PAM
Participation in workplace and directory projects as well as close collaboration with the technology integration team
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or higher qualification
Solid experience with Active Directory, on-premises and Azure environments as well as IAM/PAM system landscapes
Good knowledge of domain controllers, domain structure, group policy management, role management, single sign-on, as well as authentication methods and protocols
Experience in automation of IAM processes and scripting
Dynamic, flexible, and motivated personality with very good German skills
