Tasks & Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting within the specialist area
• New installations of electrical systems
• Participation in projects as well as coordination of internal and external specialists
• Preventive maintenance and optimisation of building services systems such as electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and building automation
• Alarm handling and fault rectification in building services systems
• Management of the building control system
• Support with installations and commissioning of new systems
• Assistance in optimising existing systems

Professional Competences

• Completed training as an electrician/electrical installer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience as an operations electrician (knowledge of GMP environment is an advantage)
• Proficient use of MS Office and maintenance software
• Willingness to work in daily operations as well as on-call duty and respond to building technology alarms
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Basic practical knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and building automation
