Responsibilities:
You process customer orders from quotation to invoicing.
You take care of customer support in day-to-day business.
You prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork for various modes of transport.
You support the responsible departments with export, import, and transport matters.
You coordinate the necessary order information with internal departments.
You keep ERP master data continuously up to date.
You take on tasks within the team during absences.
Additionally, you contribute to internal projects.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship in an industrial environment is required.
Professional experience in sales processing as well as experience in export business is desirable.
Confident use of MS Office and common ERP systems.
Independent working style, resilience, and teamwork complete your profile.
You have native-level German skills.
Good English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
Another foreign language is an advantage.
