Building Services Planner Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on highly precise manufacturing and production technologies. Using state-of-the-art development and manufacturing methods, the company develops and produces innovative solutions for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and technological excellence are at the core.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of sanitary concepts and plans for new buildings, conversions, and renovations
- Consideration of applicable standards and regulations as well as ecological and economic aspects
- Coordination with customers, architects, and other project participants
- Preparation of specifications and technical documentation
- Support in material selection and offer comparisons
- Coordination and supervision of the execution of sanitary installations
- Quality control and ensuring timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in sanitary or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning sanitary systems
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
- Confident use of CAD programmes (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Teamwork skills and strong communication
- Independent and reliable working style
- Sense of responsibility and quality awareness
