Coordinator for Education and Training 80%, MNA and Young Adults
ZurichYour Tasks
- You take overall responsibility for the practical training of students in Social Work, Social Pedagogy and related courses (MAiA and interns), ensure the quality of training and further develop training standards and processes.
- You are the central contact person for practical trainers, students and training institutions, coordinate collaboration as well as administrative training processes and reporting.
- You provide professional and personal support to MAiA and interns at various locations, conduct regular guidance discussions and promote individual development.
- You agree on and evaluate training objectives, accompany location and qualification discussions, and promote theory-practice transfers.
- You plan and manage the monitoring of the training and further education of employees in the MNA and young adults area and ensure mandatory further training.
- You further develop instruments for educational management, promote knowledge transfer and networking, coordinate specialist events as well as further training and exchange formats.
Your Profile
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (FH or university) in Social Work or related field, recognised further training as a practical trainer (CAS level advantageous)
- Extensive professional experience in Social Work or Social Pedagogy, ideally in migration, integration, supported/accompanied living
- Experience in training, support and promotion of students or employees in training, professional design of learning processes and ensuring training quality
- Structured and independent working style, organisational skills, reliable management of educational, coordination and development tasks, networked work with internal and external stakeholders
- Openness, respect and appreciation in dealing with people from different cultural and social backgrounds, strong communication and counselling skills
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, proficient use of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Teams

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 94,000 and 117,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ’s financial possibilities.
