Senior Linux Container Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF135,000 - 140,000Role:
As an experienced Open Source Engineer, you will be significantly involved in the architecture, stability, and scaling of the environment.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the design, further development, and operation of the platform
Architecture, implementation, and optimisation of the environment (Compute, Storage, Network)
Automation of deployments and operational processes (Ansible)
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 2nd-/3rd-level support
Close collaboration with internal departments and infrastructure teams
Technical leadership in architecture and technology decisions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education/training
Several years of experience in the design and operation of open source architectures
Sound knowledge in Linux and container technologies as well as experience with automation and configuration management tools
Good understanding of distributed systems, networks, and storage
Analytical and structured working style
Very good German skills at C1 level as well as good English skills
Willingness for on-call duty
