Junior ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 97,500Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT platform development. Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and operation of IT services in the workplace area (FAT clients, VDI, MDM, printing solutions, automation, reporting and much more)
Continuous development of the electronic Windows workplace (managed on-premises & cloud)
State-of-the-art workplace technology including software distribution and annual build upgrades
Automation of business processes and implementation of special requirements
Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support (incident, change and problem management)
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the IT field (further education at HF or FH level is an advantage)
Several years of professional experience in medium to large IT environments
In-depth knowledge of the Windows client & server environment including basic services such as AD, DHCP, DNS
Scripting skills with PowerShell
Practical experience in the Microsoft Cloud (Intune, O365, Entra)
Structured, independent and systematic way of working
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
High social and communication skills, pronounced customer understanding as well as a service-oriented and resilient personality
