Intern in Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement - 6 months
As an intern, you contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement in customer experience by structuring customer listening systems and enhancing internal knowledge. This internship will allow you to concretely discover the challenges of customer experience, information management, and satisfaction analysis in a stimulating professional environment.
What you do daily
You contribute to structuring and documenting customer satisfaction surveys, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of the available information.
You consolidate, organise, and format survey results to facilitate their use and dissemination to the relevant teams.
You participate in the development and management of the SharePoint space dedicated to customer experience, ensuring that knowledge and resources are easily accessible to colleagues.
You identify opportunities for improvement in information organisation and, depending on your autonomy and the progress of priority tasks, you may be involved in certain projects related to customer experience.
What you bring to the team
A final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in customer experience, management, project management, business analysis, tourism/hospitality, or an equivalent course, you are looking for an internship to validate your degree through ECTS credits, or you seek a gap internship between your Bachelor and Master’s.
You are interested in the challenges related to customer experience and wish to apply your knowledge in a professional environment. Previous experience related to customer relations is an asset.
With a structured mind and good organisational skills, you demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, and ease in communication. You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate with various stakeholders in a project context.
Rigorous and analytical, you have good analytical and synthesis skills and are comfortable transforming complex information into clear and easily usable content. You are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
