IT Manager (m/f/d)

IT should not manage but enable business. We are looking for a pragmatic IT personality who combines operational stability with digitalisation, confidently manages external partners, and advances technological topics directly with management.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for a stable, secure, and efficient IT operation
Management of central business applications and their interaction with modern cloud services
Further development of ERP, Microsoft 365, and specialised application landscapes
Independent administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365
Analysis and improvement of digital business processes
Planning and implementation of IT and digitalisation projects from idea to productive operation
Prioritisation of initiatives considering benefits, effort, costs, and risks
Management of external IT service providers, consultants, and technology partners
Definition of requirements, performance standards, and technical target images
Coordination of integrations between ERP, cloud services, and other business systems
Identification of automation and optimisation potentials
Development of pragmatic IT solutions focusing on sustainable business value
Advising management on technological decisions and strategic IT questions
Establishment of modern IT governance, security, and service management processes
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, business informatics, IT management, or comparable
Several years of experience in a versatile IT role with high personal responsibility
Good knowledge of modern Microsoft 365 environments
Experience with ERP systems
Practical experience in leading and implementing IT or digitalisation projects
Experience in managing external IT partners and consulting firms
Understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, and business processes
Good sense of costs, effort, priorities, and economically sensible solutions
Strong implementation skills and decisiveness
Ability to communicate complex technical topics understandably at management level
Pragmatic mindset with high standards for quality and reliability
