Financial Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual for a versatile role in finance and administration. Our partner is an established company with a project-oriented environment and various internal interfaces. You can expect a varied position in which you contribute your knowledge in finance while also supporting administrative and organisational tasks related to ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for accounts receivable and ensure correct and timely processing
You handle accounts receivable management and dunning
You create, check and process invoices and ensure smooth handling of billing
You maintain financial and master data and ensure reliable data quality
You support project managers in the creation and processing of offers
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable qualification; further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You are proficient in accounts receivable and have experience with accounting or ERP systems
You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and are experienced with digital working tools
You have fluent German language skills
