Planning and technical implementation of demanding workplace and cloud projects for customers
Further development of modern modern workplace and cloud infrastructures as well as optimisation of existing solutions
Design and implementation of standards, automations and efficient operating processes
Taking over the 3rd-level support including analysis and resolution of complex faults and error conditions
Creation of technical documentation, conducting project acceptances and professional support of 1st and 2nd level support
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Solid experience in client engineering, application packaging, software deployment and MDM
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
Experience in the implementation and support of IT projects
Knowledge in the field of endpoint security as well as pronounced analytical and solution-oriented working methods
