Role:
As a Service Owner, you actively shape the Microsoft-based IAM future and take on the technical leadership in building, operating, and further developing identity and access management in on-premises and multi-cloud environments – focusing on Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You design and operate scalable IAM platforms based on Active Directory, ADFS, Azure, and M365, are responsible for system administration, automation, and project implementation, and ensure stable, secure operation. Additionally, you provide SCOM, DFS, and WSUS services as well as Entra Connect and support colleagues in the area of Public Key Infrastructure and Secrets Management. You work closely with specialist departments, project teams, and external partners and contribute your expertise to the strategic further development.
Responsibilities:
You take on the technical leadership as Service Owner in building, operating, and further developing the IAM landscape (AD OnPrem, Entra ID, ADFS) in on-premises and multi-cloud environments
You design and operate scalable Microsoft-based IAM platforms (Active Directory, ADFS, Azure, M365) and are responsible for system administration, automation, and project implementation
You provide SCOM, DFS, and WSUS services as well as Entra Connect for the server landscape
You support colleagues with your expertise in Public Key Infrastructure and Secrets Management
You work closely with specialist departments, project teams, and external partners and contribute your expertise to the strategic further development of the IAM landscape
Additionally, you are committed to knowledge transfer within the team and represent colleagues in related fields (e.g. Windows & Messaging Services)
Qualifications:
You have a completed education in computer science (FH Bachelor or FH/HS Master) or related fields
You bring several years of profound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and M365 (Entra ID), ADFS, SCOM, and WSUS and are familiar with One Identity Active Roles, Cygna, and Microsoft PKI; knowledge of MS-SQL and OpenLDAP is desirable
Ideally, you have project management experience as well as experience in IAM/AD/Entra-ID migration projects
You possess a deep understanding of operational IT security and data protection in the context of larger organisations
You think in a structured and analytical way, develop viable solutions, and communicate appropriately in German and English
You work independently and purposefully and are a pronounced team player with the ability to build trust
