Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Recording and processing customer orders in SAP
Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and delivery documents
Coordination of international transports with logistics service providers
Monitoring agreed deadlines and handling delivery deviations
Issuing necessary export documents such as certificates and proof of origin
Checking packaging according to customer specifications and internal guidelines
Written and telephone communication with international customers
Coordination of shipping processes with external partners
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
Further training in export or foreign trade
Several years of experience in international export processing
Experience with customer orders and worldwide delivery processes
Good ERP user knowledge in an administrative environment
Precise, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
Very good German skills, spoken and written
Good English skills for international communication
