CAD & PLM Application Engineer ? (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will take on the professional support and further development of PLM and CAx applications and ensure their stable, efficient operation. You analyse requirements from the engineering environment, design suitable solutions within the existing system landscapes and implement them in close coordination with stakeholders. You are also responsible for customising, testing and documenting the applications, ensuring compliance with defined standards and processes. With your professional expertise, you identify optimisation potentials in the PLM-CAx processes and drive their continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
You operate, optimise and ensure the system functionality of existing PLM applications as well as the 3DExperience platform
Together with the departments, you analyse requirements, identify improvement potentials and develop suitable solution concepts
During implementation, you create technical specifications and documentation and accompany their implementation
You organise and coordinate tests, quality assurance and go-lives and ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:
You have an engineering or computer science education as well as solid IT knowledge
Experience with CAD/PDM, ideally CATIA and 3DExperience, distinguishes you
Knowledge of PLM processes and SAP is an advantage
German written and spoken fluently and English at B2 level
