Finnova Application Manager - Client Data & Digital Banking Services (m/f/d)

Role:
You can work comfortably at one of our four locations or from home. Applicants from all over Switzerland are welcome.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the support and further development of Finnova functions for client management, master data and client-related processes.
You collaborate with sales, client consulting and operations to translate professional requirements into sustainable system solutions.
You improve data quality, maintenance processes and coordination between Finnova and connected applications.
You coordinate changes, system tests and error corrections and ensure reliable application operation.
You accompany the introduction of new functions, support user groups and maintain technical as well as professional documentation.
Qualifications:
Education or further training in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field.
Experience in application management, application development or operation of integrated business systems.
Knowledge of client master data, CRM, data quality or integration of core banking systems.
Practical experience with requirements management, interface analysis, test coordination and change processes.
Independent and service-oriented working style, strong communication skills and very good German.
