Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is an internationally oriented company in the consumer goods sector with a strong market position and well-known branded products. The range includes specialised solutions for various household applications. Employees benefit from a dynamic environment with international interfaces as well as close collaboration with trading partners and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the administrative support of an assigned Swiss customer portfolio.
Coordination of orders, product availability and shipping approvals.
Handling international business correspondence with customers and transport service providers.
Checking customs requirements and preparing necessary shipping documents.
Support in sales and demand planning within the S&OP process.
Clarifications in case of delivery problems, quantity deviations and incorrect invoices.
Posting and administrative checking of incoming invoices.
Implementation of internal improvement measures and participation in organisational changes.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in order management, customer service or internal sales.
Good knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Practical experience with ATLAS or a comparable customs system.
User knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
Organisational skills and reliable handling of parallel business processes.
Sense of responsibility, teamwork and factual communication in customer contact.
Fluent German and good communication skills in French or Italian are an advantage.
