Convenience Department Manager
Responsibilities
- You have a passion for convenience, which is why you lead this department and offer our customers a fresh and enjoyable shopping experience with great enthusiasm.
- You ensure restocking so that there is always the widest selection, and you present the goods attractively so that everyone wants to grab them immediately.
- When sandwiches, pizzas and various house specialties are produced, you pitch in energetically.
- You sell the hot delicacies.
- You competently and kindly assist customers with their questions.
- It goes without saying that you lead your team respectfully and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements
- You are trained in retail or have sales experience.
- You score particularly well if you have already served people in sales.
- As a natural leader, you have already worked in similar roles.
- You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German.
- You are flexible regarding working hours. You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
