Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
You are at home in payroll, enjoy working independently and want to take responsibility for reliable payroll processing? For an established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for an experienced individual to support the HR team in payroll and personnel administration. You can expect a varied position with a lot of personal responsibility, direct contact with employees and exciting HR topics.
Responsibilities:
You independently carry out the monthly payroll processing and ensure a correct and timely payroll
You record, check and process all payroll-relevant changes
You handle entries and exits as well as other personnel changes in SAP HCM
You prepare various HR reports and statistics for internal departments and the group
You take care of billing and declarations in the area of social insurance and withholding tax
You are the contact person for employees regarding questions about salary, social insurance and personnel administration
You maintain communication with authorities, insurance companies and other external contacts
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in HR, payroll or social insurance
You bring several years of professional experience in Swiss payroll processing
You have sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance, labour and withholding tax law
You have very good user knowledge of SAP HCM
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
