IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

You want to not only operate modern IT landscapes but actively develop them further? This position combines cloud technologies, automation, security, and demanding customer projects with plenty of technical creative freedom.
Responsibilities:
Planning, operation, and continuous optimisation of modern IT infrastructures
Administration and further development of Microsoft-based system landscapes
Implementation of cloud transformations and migrations
Automation of recurring processes using modern scripting and infrastructure-as-code approaches
Participation in demanding infrastructure, communication, and digitalisation projects
Analysis and resolution of complex technical faults
Development of scalable and secure customer solutions
Technical consulting on architecture, platforms, and system integration
Support in optimising monitoring, backup, and IT security
Direct exchange with technical contacts on the customer side
Qualifications:
Education in computer science with appropriate advanced training or comparable practical experience
Solid experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
Good knowledge of network architectures and IT security
Experience with cloud platforms, virtualisation, or hybrid infrastructures
Interest in automation, PowerShell, and modern infrastructure methods
Ability to understand complex system dependencies holistically
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent working style and strong sense of responsibility
Enjoyment in communicating technical solutions clearly
