Integrated into Swiss Medical Network since 2024, MotionLab benefits from privileged access to one of the largest private health networks in Switzerland. As part of the development of its activities in the Lake Geneva region, MotionLab is now strengthening its physiotherapy team at its Genolier site, in close collaboration with the specialists of the Genolier Clinic, an establishment recognised for its expertise in orthopaedics, spinal surgery and sports medicine.
We are looking for a Senior or Junior Physiotherapist wishing to develop in a dynamic, innovative environment oriented towards clinical excellence, while actively participating in the development of MotionLab's services and projects.
Job Description
As a Physiotherapist, you will be required to:
Clinical Activities
Take charge of hospitalised patients.
Provide treatment for outpatients in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation.
Participate in the development of outpatient activity and specialised services.
Manage complex clinical situations, chronic conditions or therapeutic failures.
Ensure coordination with prescribing doctors and various care pathway stakeholders.
Develop specific expertise in your field.

- Define and evolve care standards, protocols and internal recommendations.
- Guarantee the quality and consistency of treatments within the team.
- Assume a clinical reference role in your area of expertise.
Be involved in the team’s dynamics and management.
- Contribute to the creation and development of MotionLab’s professional network.
- Participate in project management related to the centre’s services.
- Contribute to the development of new offers and the growth of activity.
Qualifications
- Swiss physiotherapist diploma or equivalent title recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
Proven experience in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation.
Additional training in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation (an asset).
