Clerk in Internal Services (m/f/d)

Role:
As a clerk in internal services, you are responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating orders, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
You are the contact person for customer concerns and ensure professional telephone support.
You take care of preparing offers and support tender processes.
You handle and monitor customer orders until delivery.
You coordinate orders in purchasing and liaise with various internal departments.
You ensure smooth processes in sales behind the scenes and relieve the sales team in day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and experience in a comparable position, ideally in the industrial sector.
You bring technical understanding and a strong customer orientation.
You are flexible, resilient, and a team player, maintaining an overview even under high workload.
