Hotel Service Staff

Our hotel service takes care of fulfilling all housekeeping and hotel services on the wards and in the dining room and also assumes patient-related tasks as part of the care team. As a hotel service staff member, you create a hospitable and warm atmosphere within the interprofessional collaboration with nursing that contributes to the well-being of our patients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible and motivated hotel service staff member from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

These are your tasks

• Attending to patients in the dining rooms and on the wards (patient rooms)
• Taking meal orders
• Providing housekeeping and hotel services
• Assuming patient-related tasks in close cooperation with the nursing staff
• Responsible for non-medical matters within logistics on the wards
• Carrying out administrative and organisational tasks (including PC work)

This is what sets you apart

• Professional experience in gastronomy, hotel management and/or nursing with a flair for housekeeping tasks
• High social competence, openness and resilience
• Enjoyment in contact with patients and close collaboration with nursing
• Strong service orientation as well as team and communication skills. Fluent German is a basic requirement; any additional foreign language is a great advantage.
• Good IT skills without apprehension in dealing with new tools
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
