ZurichYour Tasks
- You ensure basic care as well as target group-oriented support for asylum seekers according to the framework and care concept and assist them with everyday matters.
- You ensure compliance with the house rules, conduct room visits and smoothly accompany entries and exits.
- You recognise conflict situations early, initiate preventive measures and intervene appropriately.
- You document observations, ensure the flow of information and take on administrative as well as coordinative tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
- You promote and support the autonomy and integration of the residents.
Your Profile
- EFZ qualification or equivalent training; basic training in a social or care environment is an advantage
- Practical experience in care, ideally in an intercultural or social context; experience in dealing with conflict situations
- Strong intercultural competence, respectful handling of sensitive personal data, high service orientation
- Good IT user skills (e.g. MS Office, Teams); structured working method
- Very good German skills (at least C1); additional language skills (national language, English or asylum-relevant language) are an advantage

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
