Role:
You want to view modern cloud technologies not in isolation but combine them with classic infrastructure components to create stable and future-proof solutions? In this position, you will work on hybrid IT landscapes, design technical architectures, and accompany infrastructure projects from conception to implementation.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement solutions based on Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server as well as related infrastructure technologies.
You ensure the stable operation of the on-premises platform and continuously develop server, virtualisation, storage, network, security, and backup components.
You take technical responsibility for the architecture and realisation of complex IT infrastructure projects.
You further develop Azure resources and support the establishment of a modern Azure operations platform.
You ensure that projects are professionally implemented with regard to quality, deadlines and costs.
You identify optimisation potentials and continuously develop automations, processes and architectures.
You prepare technical content in an understandable way and conduct workshops and presentations for different target groups.
You work closely with Development, DevOps, SecOps and Application Management to integrate applications and services cleanly into the infrastructure.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or have a comparable qualification.
You have at least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or system engineering.
Ideally, you have completed advanced training in computer science or relevant technical certifications.
You bring in-depth know-how in Microsoft and cloud technologies, especially Azure, M365 and Windows Server.
You are familiar with network, security, VMware, Hyper-V, AD/Azure AD, hybrid Exchange, VPN and firewalls.
You work independently, think entrepreneurially and gladly take on technical responsibility.
You are enthusiastic about automation, innovation and digital transformation.
You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
