Bulk Production Operator
Responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring of assigned, technologically advanced equipment considering the economic and quality requirements of Steinfels Swiss
- Weighing and production of various cosmetic emulsions as well as washing and cleaning agents according to existing bills of materials and specified manufacturing instructions
- Compliance, monitoring and enforcement of performance, quality, safety and hygiene regulations and carrying out cleaning/disinfection according to internal requirements
- Continuous optimisation of recipes and productions to improve quality
- Implementation and further development of various automation processes on individual equipment
Requirements
- Operator / line leader from the cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry (EFZ / EBA as well as forklift licence advantageous)
- Reliable, independent and forward-thinking personality with a high degree of personal responsibility who enjoys working in a team
- Good user knowledge of automatic production programmes and common MS Office programmes is advantageous
- Structured, precise and exact working method with the ability to keep a cool head even under time pressure
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to work shifts and weekends
