Role:
For an established company in the field of energy and sustainability, we are looking for an experienced individual to independently manage the financial accounting for several companies. You will be responsible for key closing and balance sheet topics, work closely with various departments and actively contribute to the further development of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
You manage the general ledger accounting for several companies and ensure correct account management
You prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements and handle provisions and accruals
You reconcile intercompany transactions and analyse balance sheet and profit and loss statement items
You support VAT matters, tax filings and collaboration with external tax authorities
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or a comparable business degree
You bring several years of experience in general ledger accounting and accounting
You have solid knowledge of accounting standards as well as experience with financial statements and intercompany reconciliations
You possess good Excel skills and are proficient with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German and English
