IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You design, develop, implement and deploy cloud and on-premise solutions.
- You design, develop, implement and deploy network, M365 and telephony solutions.
- You support customers in the project environment and provide advisory assistance.
- You plan and execute IT projects and actively contribute to the project work.
- You advise, instruct and assist customers with any issues that arise.
- You take on second and third-level support and ensure effective support.
- You ensure the smooth operation of customer environments is maintained.
- You develop, implement and monitor technical ICT security measures.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed IT education.
- You have several years of professional experience as a systems engineer.
- You are independent, communicative and friendly.
- You embody a service- and solution-oriented mentality.
- You are a customer-oriented, responsible, resilient and committed individual.
- You have good knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11 and M365.
- You have experience with Remote Desktop Services, Virtual Desktop, Securepoint, Intune, Teams (including telephony) and Azure.
- You speak German and English very well, both spoken and written.
