StartSuisse, a platform specialised in professional support and connecting candidates with companies in Switzerland, is looking for one of its partners for a dynamic, client-oriented Insurance Advisor comfortable with sales to develop their portfolio in Geneva.

Your tasks:

• Prospect new clients (individuals and companies)
• Analyse insurance needs (health, pension, car, home, etc.)
• Offer tailored and personalised solutions
• Negotiate and conclude contracts
• Ensure client follow-up and retain the portfolio
• Participate in commercial actions and business development
• Represent the company and guarantee a quality client relationship

Profile sought:

• Experience in sales or consulting (insurance: an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation sense
• Ability to persuade and achieve objectives
• Autonomy, rigour and initiative
• Interest in the insurance and pension field
• Fluency in French essential; another language is a plus
• AFA certification: an advantage
