Machine and Plant Operator

You ensure that our machines and plants run reliably. With your technical understanding, you monitor production, troubleshoot faults, and ensure a smooth process. Do you like to get involved and take responsibility? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

• You operate and monitor our plant(s), troubleshoot faults, and carry out maintenance work to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You ensure that our plant(s) produce to the highest quality
• You bring fresh ideas for process optimisation and help to continuously improve our workflows
• Safety, quality standards, and productivity are a given for you, and you adhere to the guidelines
• You are flexible and also help out in other areas when needed, always with an eye on the bigger picture

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a machine and plant operator or comparable
• Professional experience: several years of professional experience, preferably in the food industry
• You enjoy working precisely and work independently and disciplined
• You convince with team spirit, physical fitness, and resilience
• You are reliable, communicative, and not afraid of shift work
• Whether operating systems or office applications, you handle them confidently or are willing to acquire these skills
• German (B1)
