In our manufactory in Dietikon, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and committed person for the Cakes/Patisserie department to start immediately or by arrangement

Pastry Chef Confectioner*in Department Cakes/Patisserie (100%)

You will work in our Cakes/Patisserie department in our manufactory in Dietikon and produce our demanding cream cakes and cream patisserie at the highest quality level as part of a team. Early starts (05:00 or 06:00) and regular weekend shifts in a night shift are possible for you.

Your tasks

• Craft production of our range of cakes, cream and patisserie
• Production of standard and seasonal products as well as special orders
• Decorating, glazing and coating of various products
• Compliance with safety, hygiene and quality requirements

• Apprenticeship qualification as Pastry Chef Confectioner EFZ or EBA
• Enjoyment of your trained profession as well as working in a team
• Precise and quality-conscious working method as well as resilience even in hectic situations
• Mobility and flexibility, especially in the season
• An open, communicative personality with manual skills and good physical condition
• Good knowledge of German
• PC skills
