Professional and personnel management of a software development team with four employees
Establishment and further development of modern agile development processes as well as promotion of efficient collaboration
Ensuring high software quality through appropriate development standards, methods and process models
Co-design of the digitalisation and technology strategy as well as development of future-oriented software solutions
Planning, control and independent implementation of IT projects including coordination of relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science (FH/ETH) or comparable technical education
Several years of experience in software development as well as proven leadership experience
Sound knowledge of software architecture and web applications
Practical experience with agile development methods and modern software development processes
Good programming skills in C#, .NET, TypeScript and OR mappers as well as understanding of object-oriented software development
