Role:
Our Rocken partner has specialised in customised, temporary buildings since 1973. Our partner has made a name as a general contractor for exhibition stands, pavilions, event buildings, museums and exhibition constructions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Creating 3D data models and 2D drawings in CAD/BIM
- Quantity take-offs as well as parts and order lists
- Planning across all phases from tendering to handover
- Integrating 3D data models and 2D drawings in the CAD programme
- Further development of modeller standards (project families, templates, structures) and ensuring continuous improvement processes within your areas of expertise
Qualifications:
- Completed training as CAD/Technical Draftsperson / BIM Designer, specialising in architecture or building services engineering
- Professional experience in a comparable position (building services planner, CAD designer, technical draftsperson)
- Further training and/or knowledge in BIM is an advantage
- Very good CAD skills (Revit) and ideally AutoCAD, any other CAD programme
