Your task:

You lead our three retail outlets in Upper Valais (Brig, Visp and Naters) and report to the two department heads of Sales and Gastronomy at the headquarters in Sion. You work closely with the store, restaurant and site managers: you monitor their results, challenge them and support them to further develop the performance of your network. At the same time, you stay close to the action yourself to create genuine proximity, engage the teams and understand the operational challenges.

Your main responsibilities:

• You are regularly present at all three locations and take part in sales and gastronomy duties together with the teams;
• You support and challenge the store, restaurant and site managers regarding their results and operational management;
• You monitor the key performance indicators (turnover, turnover per hour worked, sales targets) and jointly define corrective measures with them;
• You ensure compliance with Zenhäusern standards (quality, hygiene, product presentation, customer experience, internal regulations) at all three locations;
• You check the deployment planning and time recording together with the site managers;
• You are the central contact person between the retail outlets in Upper Valais and the headquarters in Sion;
• You contribute to the organisation of local events (markets, promotions).

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in sales, ideally in retail or the food sector;
• You bring solid leadership or coaching experience and know how to earn respect while staying close to the team;
• You speak perfect German and have very good French skills (exchange with headquarters – at least level B2);
• You are confident with numbers and sales figures;
• You are demanding and results-oriented while also having an open ear for the teams;
• You are organised, independent and appreciate customer contact as well as leadership work;
• You are flexible for assignments on weekends and public holidays;
• You own a vehicle and are willing to commute between the three locations.
