System Engineer - Hybrid Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of modern IT infrastructures in hybrid environments (on-premises and Azure)
Operation and further development of Windows servers, virtualisation solutions (e.g. Nutanix) as well as storage and backup systems
Ensuring availability, security, and recoverability of the IT system landscape
Technical analysis and problem solving in 2nd and 3rd level support
Leading technical sub-projects in close coordination with internal teams and external service providers
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally with further education or degree
Several years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure
Very good knowledge of Windows servers, virtualisation, backup and storage technologies
Experience with cloud solutions (especially Azure) and infrastructure-as-code is an advantage
Fluent German skills (at least C2), willingness for on-call duties
