Finance / Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the accounting support of our institutional owners
You are in charge of the correct preparation of interim and annual financial statements including owner billing and reporting
You calculate the tax rates for partially opted properties and prepare VAT returns including the associated journals
You record the master data of new properties and mandates
You participate in coordination meetings with our clients together with key account management
You prepare all necessary files for internal and external audits including VAT audits
You take on additional tasks assigned by the supervisor (various project work)
Qualifications:
You have completed an apprenticeship and hold a fiduciary specialist certificate or an equivalent further qualification
Ideally, you have several years of experience in accounting/financial accounting
You live the values of customer orientation, maintain a partnership-based approach, are digitally savvy and open to new things
You think and analyse logically and enjoy working with numbers
You are fluent in German
