You continuously maintain, optimise, and develop the IT infrastructure
You independently analyse and resolve faults and technical problems
You support the support and operations team in 2nd and 3rd level support
You contribute to the implementation of IT security as well as digitalisation and process optimisation
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology or platform development and at least 2 years of professional experience
You possess sound knowledge of servers, Citrix, VMware, SQL databases, networks, and IT security
You work independently and solution-oriented in complex IT environments
You have very good German and English skills both spoken and written
