Head of Heating Projects (m/f/d)

Review and decision on participation in tenders as well as involvement in award negotiations together with management
Review, calculation, and approval of offers taking into account technical and economic requirements
Contract conclusions as well as preparation of billing, including the creation and processing of work contracts
Planning, organisation, and leadership of installation personnel for heating projects
Ongoing monitoring and control of order processing in close coordination with the head of installation (BLM)
Technical and organisational support of the heating team in daily business
Conducting employee discussions and promoting the professional and personal development of the team
Coordination of material procurement in cooperation with management to ensure efficient project execution
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in building technology, ideally as a building technology planner EFZ or with a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in heating project management
Completed training as a heating installer EFZ or a comparable qualification
Recognition as a vocational trainer or willingness to acquire the corresponding qualification
Leadership experience as well as pronounced organisational and coordination skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, structured way of working
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
