Job Description

• Provide comprehensive patient care to promote autonomy, maintain well-being, and anticipate follow-up care
• Maintain clinical reasoning to optimise the quality of care and patient safety.
• Adopt a clinical and tailored approach to patient pain
• Demonstrate versatility (general surgery, medicine, oncology...)
• Ensure compliance with current procedures.
• Adhere to institutional policy, contributing to the continuous improvement of practices
• Support the integration of new colleagues and students

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent training, recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Experience preferred in surgical services; night work is an advantage
• Organisational skills, analytical ability, stress management
• Native French speaker or very good knowledge mandatory
• Foreign languages are an asset
• Additional specialised training welcome
