ICT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

You support and further develop the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and video conferencing systems
With Intune and Autopilot, you efficiently manage notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
You automate the software distribution for around 200 applications and optimise processes such as on-/offboarding and licence allocation with Azure AD and PowerShell
You take on the technical project management (e.g. Azure, UCC, end devices) and work in 2nd-/3rd-level support including on-call service
Additionally, you carefully maintain the IT documentation and emergency plans
Qualifications:
You have completed training in (business) computer science (HF/FH) and bring several years of experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure, and Teams Phone
You navigate confidently in complex IT environments and automate processes with Power Automate, PowerShell, and scripting
You work routinely in 2nd-/3rd-level support and have experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
