Systems Engineer Applications & Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
Software for the healthcare sector places high demands on stability and care. That is exactly what you ensure. You manage customer platforms, install and maintain server, network and application environments. You are technically involved in rollouts in clinics. Interfaces and system integrations are part of your daily routine as well as support and documentation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operation and support of customer platforms
You install, configure and maintain server, network and application environments
You support rollouts of software solutions in hospitals and clinics
You provide 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate with relevant partners
You manage interfaces and technical integrations and support security, backup and monitoring concepts
In addition, you maintain system documentation and work closely with software development, project management and external partners
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical education or a degree in computer science, business informatics, medical technology or a comparable field with a strong IT affinity
You have very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
You are service- and customer-oriented and communicate convincingly
You work independently, structured and result-oriented, both at the customer and in the office
Ideally, you have experience in healthcare or a strong interest in it
Knowledge of cloud infrastructures as well as interfaces and system integration is a plus
