Role:
A modern workplace is more than just a functioning laptop for you: you want to create an IT environment that is secure, centrally manageable, and optimally tailored to the needs of users. With your experience in system engineering, you bring structure to complex client landscapes, automate operational processes, and specifically develop existing workplace concepts further. In doing so, you take on technical responsibility and actively shape the further development of the digital working environment.
Responsibilities:
Design modern workplace architectures: You develop concepts for standardised and scalable workplace environments and accompany their technical implementation.
Manage endpoint management: You manage and optimise devices, applications, and configurations via central management solutions and ensure that security and compliance requirements are met.
Integrate Microsoft technologies: You improve the interaction of Microsoft 365, identity services, and client infrastructure and develop suitable solutions for the company’s requirements.
Make operational processes more efficient: You use scripting and automation to reduce recurring tasks, increase the quality of system administration, and detect sources of error early.
Support improvements and changes: You take on technical partial responsibility in migration and modernisation projects, assist with complex escalations, and contribute your expertise to the further development of IT services.
Qualifications:
You have a solid education in IT or an equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience in the workplace or system engineering landscape.
You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client technologies, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and ideally Windows Autopilot.
You understand modern security concepts for end devices, including device compliance, policy control, endpoint protection, and role-based access management.
You enjoy technical automation and have practical experience with PowerShell as well as ideally with software packaging and deployment processes.
You work solution-oriented, document your work comprehensibly, and gladly take responsibility. You enjoy exchanging ideas with other departments as well as continuously developing your technical skills.

You will have the opportunity to advance modern workplace technologies, establish standards, and participate in demanding technical decisions. Certifications in the Microsoft environment are a plus.
