Role:
Do you want to apply your experience in international goods traffic and take on varied tasks? In this role, you combine export, order management, and international delivery coordination. You also support new product launches and work closely with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for handling worldwide customer orders and ensuring a smooth process up to delivery.
You prepare the necessary export and customs documents and coordinate international transports with the responsible service providers.
You keep an eye on delivery deadlines and material availability and support demand planning in collaboration with customers and internal departments.
You take care of invoicing and monitoring payment receipts as well as resolving commercial and contractual issues.
You support the implementation of product changes and coordinate the necessary alignments between the involved departments.
You participate in projects to develop international markets and independently take on individual tasks.
You are an important contact person for international business partners and promote collaboration with the various departments.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma, supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade, and bring several years of professional experience in export and/or foreign trade.
You are well versed in international customs and export regulations as well as Incoterms.
You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office.
You impress with initiative, communication skills, intercultural competence, as well as an independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style.
You have very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
