IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of IT infrastructures with direct customer contact on site or via remote support
Independent implementation of IT projects such as system expansions, data migrations, and consolidations
Participation in IT service management with a focus on change management, problem management, and incident management
Professional customer consulting and presales consulting for individual IT requirements as well as practical support with IT solutions
Efficient project execution with a focus on quality assurance, clear communication, and optimal use of IT tools
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable qualification with recognised certifications from leading providers
In-depth know-how in system architectures, especially in the environment of small and medium-sized enterprises
Many years of experience in the areas of Microsoft Server, device management, remote desktop services, virtualisation technologies, network solutions, and Microsoft 365 (including Azure Cloud Platform)
Service-oriented mindset combined with entrepreneurial action and enthusiasm for process analysis and workflow automation
Excellent knowledge of the languages German or French
