Microsoft System Engineer | Hybrid Workplace ? (m/f/d)

You operate and further develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure with workplace, server, cloud, network and data processing systems and ensure their reliable availability.
In 2nd and 3rd level support, you analyse complex faults related to hardware, software, network and communication. If necessary, you also support 1st level and coordinate required escalations.
You systematically investigate recurring problems and develop sustainable technical solutions. At the same time, you contribute ideas to optimise our Microsoft platforms and operational processes.
You support users in their daily work, advise on technical questions and participate in automation, infrastructure and digitalisation projects.
At least one day per week, you work at the Bremgarten site or support branch offices on site.
Qualifications:
You have an EFZ in IT with a focus on system technology or an equivalent qualification and bring several years of professional experience in system engineering.
Solid practical experience in Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Services as well as good knowledge in the network area form your technical basis.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Identity Management or Endpoint Management is an advantage.
You combine initiative and independent work with team orientation, quality awareness and high personal responsibility. Conceptual tasks as well as advising users and solving complex technical problems also suit you.
Fluent written and spoken German is required.
