Receptionist – Luxury Sector (M/F) – Long-term Temporary Assignment

For one of our prestigious clients operating in the luxury sector in Geneva, we are seeking a Receptionist available immediately for a minimum one-year assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-end, personalised and impeccable welcome to a demanding and international clientele.
• Manage physical and telephone reception with professionalism and discretion.
• Attend to visitors, partners and colleagues ensuring an excellent experience.
• Manage meeting rooms and coordinate bookings.
• Perform various administrative tasks and follow up on internal requests.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and quality service.
• Constantly uphold the company’s image and standards of excellence.

Profile:

• Training in hotel management, reception, tourism or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a high-end environment, luxury sector, prestigious hotel or similar role.
• Flawless French (spoken and written).
• Fluent English essential; any other language is a real asset.
• Excellent presentation, sense of service and confidentiality.
• Elegant, proactive, organised personality with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to manage priorities calmly and professionally in a demanding environment.
• Swiss residency required.
• Available immediately.
