For one of our clients active in the installation of photovoltaic panels on pitched and flat roofs, in the Neuchâtel region, we are seeking a Photovoltaic Team Leader (M/F) capable of coordinating on-site work and managing a team of installers
Job Description
- Organise and prepare photovoltaic sites
- Supervise and coordinate a team of installers
- Carry out and oversee the installation of photovoltaic panels on pitched and flat roofs
- Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams
- Manage equipment, supplies, and site logistics
- Ensure the quality of installations before commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and working at height regulations
Profile Sought
- Proven experience as a photovoltaic team leader, solar installation supervisor, or experienced photovoltaic installer
- Excellent knowledge of mounting systems and various types of roofing
- Ability to read plans and resolve technical issues on site
- Knowledge of photovoltaic installations, DC wiring, and grounding
- Leadership, organisational skills, and autonomy
- Driving licence essential
