Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner was founded in the 1970s in Central Switzerland. What initially started as a small company for electrical installations has developed over the years into an experienced and recognised provider of a wide range of services.
Today, the company employs around 70 staff and offers everything from consulting, design, and installation to maintenance of electrotechnical solutions in the fields of high and low voltage, telematics, and building systems.
Responsibilities:
- You independently and dynamically manage projects from start to finish, from preparing offers to billing.
- You assess needs and advise customers on simple to complex electrical installations.
- You actively support the acquisition of orders and maintain customer relationships.
- You organise the work preparation, including agreements and coordination with construction partners.
- You are responsible for managing the employees and trainees assigned to you.
- You monitor deadlines, costs, and quality, prepare reports, and take care of the project administration.
Qualifications:
- You have completed your training as an electrical installer EFZ and subsequently further trained as a project manager, possibly even with a higher professional examination.
- You bring 2-3 years of experience in a similar or comparable position.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
- You have solid knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
- You demonstrate a high degree of independence and organisational talent.
- Your appearance and communication skills are of high quality.
